Job summary

Fix It 24/7 in Charleston, SC is seeking a highly organized HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher to coordinate service, maintenance, and repair calls. You will dispatch technicians, schedule appointments, and communicate with customers to ensure timely, excellent service.

The ideal candidate has prior dispatching experience in home services, experience with Service Titan, strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience in HVAC/plumbing or home services.
• ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent multitasking, organization and time management.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians for service, maintenance, and repair calls.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and schedule updates.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls.
• Work with call center, service managers, and field technicians to ensure service quality.
• Maintain accurate job information and scheduling within Service Titan.
• Help achieve daily revenue goals and operational efficiency.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturday coverage may be required during peak season)
