HVAC Service Dispatcher

Pay: $20-$25 hourly + Full Benefits

Location: Bluffton, SC

EAC Heating and Air is bringing its residential HVAC service to Bluffton and the surrounding Lowcountry, and we're looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to be part of our new local office.

Our growing service area includes Bluffton, Rose Hill, Belfair, Okatie, Hilton Head Island, and nearby communities, giving the right person an opportunity to join the team as we expand our local presence.

We're looking for a Service Dispatcher who enjoys being the person everyone relies on to keep the day moving. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with our technicians, customers, and office team to make sure the right calls get to the right people at the right time.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll have ownership of the service schedule from start to finish, including:

• Coordinating and dispatching residential HVAC service calls
• Balancing technician availability, location, skills, and customer needs
• Staying on top of the schedule and quickly adapting when plans change
• Keeping technicians informed and prepared for their upcoming calls
• Communicating with customers and the office when appointments need to shift
• Helping the team make the most of every day while maintaining a great customer experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, on-site

What Will Make You Successful

We're looking for someone with 2 or more years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience who can confidently manage multiple moving pieces at once. Our ideal candidate also has:

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home-services environment is strongly preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills and good judgment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and solid computer skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Candidates must pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
