Position: Dispatcher

Location: San Antonio, TX

Reports to: Branch Manager

TNT is seeking an experienced full-time dispatcher for our San Antonio Branch. Candidates must meet all listed requirements to be considered. Summary

This role involves scheduling crane and haul truck jobs based on customer requirements. Responsibilities include recording schedules, crane specifications, operator assignments, job details, contact information, and invoicing data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Preferred: Current Class A CDL.
• 3-7 years in industrial dispatching/scheduling.
• 3-7 years crane operation and rigging experience.
• Mechanical and analytical skills preferred.
• Ability to interpret load charts for crane lifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers.
• Document daily schedules including crane size, operator, date/time, customer, location, job description, rigging needs, contact info, and invoicing details.
• Create and update job tickets with all relevant information.
• Coordinate with on-call personnel for schedule adjustments and concerns.
• Review scheduled jobs with on-call staff at shift end.
