Job summary

Air Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Springfield, MO is seeking a Dispatcher to support our growing team. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritize based on urgency, and coordinate with field technicians for timely service.

The position offers a training period, pay up to $19.00/hour after training, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Weekend and some evenings required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Previous Dispatcher experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to details.
• Conscientious, team player.
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude.
• Clear background check and drug screen applicable per law.

Responsibilities

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information as necessary.
• Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency.
• Monitor field technicians in order to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time.
• Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines.
• Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information as necessary.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Must have weekend availability
• Will require some weekends and evenings
