Job Responsibilities

1. Dispatch sub-haulers for vehicle pick-up and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service.
2. Make outbound calls to pick-up locations and sellers.
3. Ensure sub-haulers meet company requirements prior to dispatch.
4. Solicit new business and maintain vendor relationships.
5. Educate sub-haulers on company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain and archive relevant documents.
7. Answer phone calls and collect payments on member deliveries.
8. Ensure safety compliance and enforce regulations.
9. Perform administrative tasks such as printing checks and reports, monitoring incoming documents, and managing vendor relationships.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

1. At least two years of dispatch experience.
2. One year of customer service experience.
3. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Typing speed of 45 words per minute, basic ten-key proficiency, and basic math skills.
7. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to operate office equipment.
8. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
9. Strong attention to detail and geographical knowledge.
10. Ability to work with minimal supervision and occasional overtime.
11. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $21.05 - $23.71 per hour.
