JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, diplomacy, and tact in dealing with sensitive situations. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment independently. Must interact professionally with diverse publics, possess accurate typing skills, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under stressful conditions, read and understand maps and directions, and be familiar with computers, especially data entry. Commitment to providing top-quality customer service is essential. Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime hours.
Familiarity with criminal justice/law enforcement systems, including the TIME system, and CJIS security requirements is preferred.
