• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in a fast‑paced office environment.

• Frequent communication and interaction with customers, technicians, and office staff.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, in person and over the phone.
• May be required to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, or during peak seasonal demand and emergency situations and travel as required.
