Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, a division of IES, is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team in the United States. You will coordinate field technicians, manage routes, and relay priorities in real time using Service Titan.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who stays calm under pressure, multitasks effectively, and adapts to new software (BuildPro/SupplyPro a plus). Evening availability is required, and prior dispatch or HVAC experience is a bonus.

• Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly
