Overview

Frank Gay Services is looking to add Dispatchers to our GROWING TEAM!

If you like to stay busy, know how to prioritize, and work well in a high-volume atmosphere, this could be the right fit for you!

The successful candidate will have a goal-oriented mindset. This role is key for those who like to help others and serve both internal and external customers quickly and efficiently!

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

What YOU will do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work in a team environment
• Manage a dispatch switchboard
• Drive revenue and help meet the market goals
• Schedule and route technicians based on skill set and customer needs
• Work closely with department management on service, sales, and installation calls
• Process payments over the phone
• Help others and feel great doing it!

What you need:

• Minimum 2 years Dispatch experience preferred but not required
• Call center customer service skills required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to prioritize tasks
• Service Titan experience is a major plus!
