PCSI is looking for a Service Order Dispatcher after hours at FT. SILL, OK. The role involves receiving, recording, and distributing work orders to service crews based on customer requests for articles or utilities from wholesale, retail, or utility companies. The position requires working hours from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to support operational needs.

What You'll Do as Service Order Dispatcher after hours:

• Receive, record, and distribute work orders to service crews based on customer requests.
• Record customer information and details of the service or repair needed.
• Prepare and dispatch work orders to service crews.
• Schedule service calls and dispatch crews accordingly.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of service calls and work orders.
• Dispatch orders and relay messages using radio, telephone, or fax.
• Greet visitors and manage incoming communications, ensuring requests are addressed promptly.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in operating a computer, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Effective communication skills, especially with diverse or irate individuals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
