Aston Carter is seeking a Dispatcher to support a busy HVAC team in Brooklyn Park, MN. This on-site role coordinates calls, schedules, and communication between customers, technicians, and drivers to ensure on-time service and accurate order handling.

Responsabilités

• Support the order entry team by entering and updating orders accurately when call volume is lower.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, schedules, and service commitments in the appropriate systems.
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with a team of dispatchers and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, technicians, and drivers to resolve questions and issues.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position, working Monday through Friday, with an end time that alternates between approximately 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. depending on the weekly rotation. You will work in an office environment alongside a team of about nine people, including five dispatchers and additional office staff who support daily operations. The culture emphasizes a strong family feel, with multiple events held for employees and their families and an atmosphere where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The organization builds relationships not only with employees but also with their families, and there is a track record of internal promotion from the dispatcher role into positions such as estimator and operations manager. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
