NorthWest EMS is seeking an EMS Dispatcher to handle inbound calls, assess needs, and coordinate emergency resources across 15 municipalities in Allegheny County. The role includes scheduling transports, documenting incidents, and producing daily run reports.
Full-time position with flexible shifts (8, 12, 16 hours) and weekend/holiday requirements. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plan, and uniform allowance. Equal opportunity employer.

NorthWest EMS is a professional non-profit ambulance service covering the 911 medical services for 15 municipalities in Allegheny County as well as the Pittsburgh International Airport. NorthWest EMS responds to over 20,000 calls for service each year.
