Lynx EMS in Morgantown, WV is looking for a dependable Full-Time Dispatcher to coordinate ambulance operations and ensure timely patient transportation. You’ll serve as the communication link between field crews, hospitals, and patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include dispatching transports, monitoring unit status, communicating with crews and healthcare partners, and maintaining high levels of customer service while following HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatch, EMS, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
