Job summary

METRO TOWING LLC is a locally owned and operated towing company serving Lexington and Central Kentucky. Established in 1989, we have built our business around dependable service, professionalism, safety, and taking care of our customers and our community.

We are a fast-paced, 24/7 towing operation, and our dispatch team plays a critical role in keeping our drivers, customers, and daily operations connected. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and confident Dispatcher to join our Lexington team.

This is an on-site position at our Lexington, Kentucky location.

Role Description

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating towing and roadside assistance calls from start to finish. You will communicate with customers and drivers, enter and update calls, assign jobs, monitor active calls, and help ensure our drivers have the information they need to safely and efficiently complete their work.

This is a fast-paced position where priorities can change quickly. The right person will be able to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, multitask, and make good decisions while keeping customer service and safety a priority.
