Job summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and fast-paced Dispatcher to serve as the first point of contact for towing and impound requests. This role manages incoming calls, coordinates driver schedules, maintains accurate call logs, and ensures timely communication between drivers, customers, and law enforcement. The ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker with strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of incoming calls related to towing services and police impounds.
• Assist customers and law enforcement with questions regarding vehicle releases and towing regulations.
• Communicate with internal and external tow operators and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate, assign, and schedule truck drivers using radio, phone, or computer systems.
• Serve as a liaison between drivers, customers, and towing office personnel.
• Accurately enter data into dispatch software and utilize Aries Dispatch.
• Maintain knowledge of Las Vegas and surrounding areas to support efficient routing.
• Provide general clerical support to the tow office as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of dispatching or fast-paced operations experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn towing software.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
