Henry's Wrecker Service is seeking a dependable Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role coordinates tow truck operators and equipment to deliver timely service in a fast-paced environment, requiring clear communication and calm under pressure.
You will prioritize calls, monitor driver status, and provide accurate ETAs to customers while maintaining thorough dispatch records. A high school diploma is required; experience with dispatch software and GPS mapping is a plus.

Henry's Wrecker Service is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our operations team. Dispatchers play a critical role in coordinating tow truck operators and equipment, ensuring customers receive timely service, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, sound decision-making, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple active calls and resources.
Tuesdays - Fridays and every other Saturday. 9AM - 7PM. Schedules may be adjusted based on operational needs.

This position is 100% in‑office. It primarily involves sitting, using a computer and telephone, and communicating with customers and staff.
