• Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day.
• Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details are in place.
• Optimize routes to reduce drive time, improve efficiency, and minimize callbacks.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering questions and setting clear expectations.
• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
• Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately.
• Support the office and operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: $17–$19 per hour (DOE)
