Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Responsible for the coordination of commercial vehicle routing and load planning in order to meet customer service levels
Address problems and request made by the customers and drivers
Enter data in dispatch system to maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
Communicates with drivers, dispatcher(s) and supervisors at shift change for current status and issues
Perform work in accordance with company standards and regulations
Follow through to watch progress and assure timely assistance by monitoring the route and status of technicians
Must stay aware of information related to jobs, traffic, obstacles, and requirements and providing this feedback to the technicians
Manages schedules and assure its adherence
Contributes to a fun, upbeat culture
Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

Stationary position for 8-10 hours a day Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
