Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, and shop personnel.
• Review manifests and routing tickets for completion and accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries to ensure optimal efficiencies.
• Recommend measures to improve operational practices and quality of customer care.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure excellent regional communication.
• Resolve customer service and delivery issues in coordination with other departments.
• Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches.
• Analyze and report on service levels, routing efficiency, labor, overtime, and fuel.
• Develop standard practices and efficiency with the General Manager.
• Administer fleet DOT records, including logbooks and maintenance.
• Review and approve payroll time and time off forms based on need.
• Coordinate safety training with Safety & HR departments.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and contribute to employee development.
• Create a positive, safe, and effective work environment.
• Operate company vehicles.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
