Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls in the CAD system.
• Provide top-tier customer service to medical facilities, the public, and EMTs.
• Dispatch ambulances to scheduled runs to ensure appropriate transport care.
• Intake a large call volume, triage to determine level of care and coordinate transport.
• Coordinate the work and activities of EMTs and maintain professionalism.
