We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, make quick decisions, and coordinate appropriate responses. The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential. While boating knowledge is preferred, it is not required.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Typical shift hours: 1500-2300
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Benefits (health, dental, 401(k), start after 60 days of employment
• Paid time off , start after 90 days of employment
• Training period: approximately six weeks with a varying schedule - could include shifts 0700-1500 or 1500-2300
