As a JFK Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the efficient movement and communication with customers and drivers. Your primary objective will be to serve as the central communication hub between drivers, clients, and management, facilitating seamless logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This role demands skills to monitor multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively address any issues that may arise during transit. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in dispatching within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in fleet management and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced fleet maintenance coordination.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience in a passenger transportation setting
