Job summary

Rescue Air and Plumbing is seeking a diligent Dispatch professional to coordinate HVAC and plumbing service calls, keep schedules tight, and communicate proactively with customers and technicians.

Daily tasks include route planning, outbound calling to fill openings, and documenting every customer interaction while supporting cross-functional teams to hit service goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Dispatch, call center, HVAC/plumbing, or home-services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians based on location, skill set, availability, and urgency.
• Manage and adjust the daily schedule to maximize technician productivity.
• Keep customers informed of arrival times, delays, and schedule changes.
• Monitor technician progress and make scheduling adjustments throughout the day.
• Make outbound calls to book appointments, fill openings, and follow up on service opportunities.
• Accurately document customer and job information.
• Work closely with HVAC, plumbing, call center, and operations teams.
• Help the team reach daily booking, revenue, and customer-service goals.

Rescue Air and Plumbing is looking for an organized, customer-focused HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher to keep our technicians moving, our customers informed, and our schedule full.

You’ll coordinate service calls, adjust schedules throughout the day, communicate with technicians and customers, and make outbound calls to help fill open availability and book service opportunities. • Dispatch, call center, HVAC/plumbing, or home-services experience preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Schedule
