Tri-State Water, Power & Air in Missouri is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our Sales and Marketing teams. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate field reps across nine states, ensuring efficient routing, clear communication, and real-time support.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of dispatching experience in Home Services or Sales Dispatch.
• Strong map-reading and routing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Accurate typing and data entry.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Flexible availability, including afterhours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and route 25-35 sales reps daily across multiple states.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams as a communication hub.
• Track and report production metrics.
• Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and CRM systems.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally.
• Work closely with dispatch team to improve workflows.
