Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing service calls for our technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling appointments
• Assigning technicians to jobs based on location and expertise
• Ensuring timely responses to customer requests
• Communicating directly with customers and service personnel, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during service visits
• Maintaining records of service calls, tracking job progress, and optimizing routes to enhance efficiency

Your work will ensure customers receive prompt, effective service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
