Job summary

Southeastrans, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Team Lead to assist the Supervisor in the call center operation and to ensure smooth operations during the shift. The role is full-time and on-site at the Madison, WI location.

The candidate will manage shift schedules, train staff, coordinate production/startups/shutdowns, and maintain compliance with SOPs, while ensuring a safe, organized work environment and timely shift paperwork.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
• Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 30 wpm.
• Work requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation in accordance with policies and procedures.
