Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2+ years leading a dispatch team in a customer-service/SLA-driven environment.
• Experience leading onsite and remote teams preferred.
• Experience with customer service-oriented roles and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dispatchers to route field technicians efficiently.
• Coach, train, and develop dispatch staff to meet or exceed SLAs and metrics.
• Oversee onboarding and hands-on training for new dispatchers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Billing, IT, and field leadership.
• Manage daily dispatch tasks and drive process improvements across the team.
