Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to calls, emails, and voicemails for Transportation services and notifies appropriate personnel of priority situations.
• Responds to emergencies on or off buses and contacts schools and agencies such as 911 or EMS; maintains event documentation.
• Monitors traffic information and updates delay information on the bus delay web page and phone lines.
• Informs drivers and authorities about upcoming events and procedural changes via two-way communication.
