Job summary

TNM Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support daily Amazon DSP operations in Rockford, IL. This hands-on role coordinates drivers, manages dispatch, and maintains high performance across all routes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Amazon DSP dispatching experience, strong communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of coaching staff in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Amazon DSP dispatching experience is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to influence and manage a team effectively.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers’ delivery progress and safe driving practices.
• Set roster and schedule drivers based on route count.
• Assist with morning load-out and dispatch operations.
• Ensure all vans are loaded correctly, safely, and routes are fully covered.
• Support distribution of vans and asset bags.
• Train and onboard new drivers.
• Open and close daily operations.
• Inspect vans for damage and report issues.
• Monitor driver progress, attendance, and hours.
• Communicate with drivers and leadership to resolve issues in real time.
• Perform additional operational tasks as needed.
