• Salary Range: 52,000 - 72,000 (Inclusice of Performance Driven Bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor delivery routes using Amazon systems and GPS tools

• Communicate with drivers throughout the day via phone, text, and dispatch software

• Troubleshoot delivery issues (route delays, vehicle concerns, customer problems)

• Delivery driver performance, attendance, and route completion

• Ensure drivers follow Amazon safety standards and company policies

• Coordinate vehicle readiness and report maintenance needs

• Maintain accurate daily reports and logs

• Support leadership with operational tasks as needed

• Manage the entire operation for the day

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Previous dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Comfortable using computers, apps, and dispatch software

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Must be able to work weekends and early mornings as required

Physical & Work Requirements
