CEVA Logistics in Charlotte, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage driver route assignments and ensure DOT compliance. You will coordinate domestic shipments, prioritize time-sensitive cargo, and keep accurate shipment records.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and several years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to operate data systems. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; Minimum three years related experience. Minimum two years of industry experience preferred. Knowledge of local geographic market.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pick-ups and deliveries; ensure DOT compliance and internal policies.
• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Notify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments.
• Maintain shipment information under the Customs control document.
• Ensure required paperwork is submitted timely to Import personnel.
• Manage stored data and enter new data in computer database.
• Assist with shrink-wrapping, loading and unloading freight, verify labeling and note the count and condition of cargo.
