Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued Class C Driver's License; Forklift Certification; DOT Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Certification.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet and job-specific software applications; accurate data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipments and ensure DOT compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Notify drivers of assignments and direct activities to meet time-sensitive schedules.
• Maintain shipment information under Customs control and ensure required paperwork is provided.
• Enter shipment data into the computer database.
• Assist with loading/unloading freight and verify cargo labeling.
