Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pick-ups and deliveries; ensure DOT compliance and internal policies.
• Notify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments; maintain shipment information.
• Submit required paperwork to Import personnel in a timely manner.
• Manage stored data and enter new data in the computer database.
