Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• State/county/city-issued security license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at transportation facilities.
• Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and incoming reports; dispatch appropriate personnel and coordinate responses to incidents and service disruptions.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports with calls for service and actions taken.
• Communicate clearly with field personnel and stakeholders to relay information and support incident response.
• Conduct regular and random patrols, report hazards and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
