Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to riders, visitors, employees, and contractors at transit facilities.
• Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and calls; dispatch personnel per protocol.
• Receive and relay information about incidents and service disruptions calmly.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident reports accurately.
• Coordinate with transit personnel, emergency responders, and law enforcement as directed.
