Job summary

Jubitz Corporation seeks a detail-oriented dispatcher to manage daily driver route sheets and ensure on-time deliveries. You will use the SMARTLogix Dispatch system to verify routes, identify timing variances, and maintain orderly dispatch sequences.

The role includes helping train Mobile Fueling Drivers for professional, customer-focused service and handling several duties across office tasks and program execution. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
• Two years of office experience or similar experience required.
• Familiarity with the fuel industry preferred.
• Able to communicate Business to Business transactions required.
• Strict attention to detail.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with pleasant phone demeanor.
• Ability to negotiate to a win/win situation with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple, deadline-oriented tasks.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completion of daily route sheets for drivers, including ensuring all scheduled deliveries are included on a route, and all call in or monitor alerts are scheduled appropriately.
• Review driver's route reports in the SMARTLogix Dispatch program to ensure routes are being completed in the proper order, and to identify where route times are outside of expectations.
• Assist in the initial and ongoing training of Mobile Fueling Drivers to ensure an engaged and customer-oriented delivery of service.
• Conduct company business and execute programs on behalf of the company in a professional manner and with a whole company approach.
• Other duties as assigned.
