EcoStyle Transportation in Raleigh-Durham is seeking a dependable Dispatch / Reservation Specialist to join our team. You will connect clients, chauffeurs, and the operations team, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with starting pay $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience. Previous dispatch, reservations, or hospitality experience is preferred, with training available.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with reservation/dispatch software and computers.
• Previous dispatch, reservations, transportation, hospitality, or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist clients with transportation needs.
• Create new reservations and enter trip details accurately.
• Provide quotes and explain vehicle options and services.
• Dispatch chauffeurs and communicate trip updates and changes.
• Monitor trips to ensure on-time pickups and schedules.
• Coordinate transportation across sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses, and coaches.
• Maintain accurate reservation notes and client requests.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts with the operations team.
• Deliver high level personalized customer service.

EcoStyle Transportation is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Dispatch / Reservation Specialist to join our team. We provide professional chauffeured transportation throughout the Raleigh-Durham area and beyond, with a diverse fleet ranging from luxury sedans and SUVs to passenger vans, minibuses, and full-size motorcoaches.

Position Overview

The Dispatch / Reservation Specialist is a key part of our daily operations and serves as the connection between our clients, chauffeurs, and operations team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable handling multiple tasks at once, and able to remain calm and professional when plans change unexpectedly.

This is an excellent position for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and providing outstanding customer service.

Schedule & Pay

Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Starting Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

Applicants must be dependable and consistently available to work this schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with transportation needs
• Create new reservations and accurately enter trip information into our reservation system
• Provide quotes and answer questions regarding vehicles, services, and transportation options
• Review upcoming reservations for accuracy and completeness
• Dispatch chauffeurs and communicate trip assignments, updates, and schedule changes
• Monitor active trips to help ensure chauffeurs are on time and clients are picked up as scheduled
• Communicate professionally with clients, chauffeurs, hotels, corporate accounts, and other partners
• Handle last-minute reservation requests, cancellations, flight changes, and itinerary adjustments
• Assist chauffeurs with questions or issues that arise while they are on the road
• Coordinate transportation involving sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses, and motorcoaches
• Maintain accurate notes and records regarding reservations and client requests
• Work with other members of the operations team to resolve scheduling conflicts and transportation issues
• Provide the high level of personalized customer service our clients expect from EcoStyle Transportation
