Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in service dispatching, project coordination or high-volume administrative roles.
• Experience in service industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with field service management software; strong Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule optimization for technicians using dispatching software and customer requests.
• Group jobs geographically to maximize productivity and minimize drive time.
• Be the primary contact for customer service inquiries by phone and email and provide clear appointment windows.
• Monitor daily schedules, handle emergencies, and communicate delays to customers and technicians.
• Prepare permits, invoices, contracts, and related automations.
• Coordinate inspections with local inspectors, homeowners, and technicians.
• Maintain permit and inspection databases and ensure timely closeouts and billings.
• Resolve any inspection issues by scheduling corrective visits.
