Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, operations, call center, or data entry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Entering and managing load information in our proprietary transportation management system.
• Tracking shipments and providing drivers with real-time updates.
• Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to keep loads on schedule.
• Proactively identifying delays and solving problems before they escalate.
• Maintaining accurate shipment documentation and load records.
• Partnering with the Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Negotiating carrier rates to secure reliable transportation.
• Building relationships with carriers and sourcing additional capacity as needed.
• Contributing to a dynamic team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
