LKQ Corp. is seeking a Dispatch Manager to oversee day-to-day dispatch operations at our Burleson, TX facility. You will schedule drivers, manage route manifests, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in a supervisory dispatch environment, and proficiency with Route Optimization tools. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a specialized role with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers on routes daily and prioritize rush tickets.
• Assign and manifest route drivers; back-up as needed.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate route personnel.
• Communicate with internal/external customers and manage expectations.
• Operate reports via Route Optimization or Roadnet; monitor KPI metrics.
• Ensure DOT/compliance paperwork and driver MVR checks are current.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and sign off on bills for maintenance.
