Responsibilities

• Oversee the Dispatch staff and scheduling, ensuring proper coverage and efficiency.
• Train and coach dispatchers and clerks, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and errors; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments and drivers; communicate policy changes.
