You will dispatch technicians, maintain accurate service records, and assist with clerical tasks, timesheets, and parts ordering.

• Coordinate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to manage technician dispatching and scheduling
• Ensure efficient and accurate communication between managers, administrators, and field technicians
• Create service work order tickets and distribute them to the appropriate parties
• Compile, update, and maintain service department records including maintenance reports, contracts, warranty logs, and renewal notices
• Provide clerical and administrative support including answering phones, scanning, filing, and document preparation
• Compile and validate timesheet reports and coordinate with payroll as needed
• Assist with ordering parts and collecting payment information as directed
• Provide constructive feedback and ideas to support process improvement initiatives
