Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation.
• 1+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience overseeing a team of 10+ employees.
• Strong reading and interpretation of transit policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and leadership of the Dispatch department.
• Schedule dispatchers and clerks; manage shifts and sign-ups.
• Monitor On-Time Performance and driver assignments.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and schedules.
• Provide professional customer service to drivers and passengers.
