Werner Enterprises in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Dispatch Manager to coach and motivate Dispatch - Call Center representatives as they field client calls. The Dispatch - Logistics Manager will hire employees and assist in the training process, ensuring that every agent is well prepared for their calls.

You will hire, train, and monitor agents, ensure adherence to policies, analyze performance data, and provide ongoing coaching to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of call center, customer service, logistics supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with technology, Dispatch – Logistics software applications, and phone systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and preparing Dispatch - Call Center representatives.
• Ensuring agents understand and comply with objectives and policies.
• Answering agent questions on best practices or difficult calls.
• Identifying operational issues and suggesting improvements.
• Monitoring and evaluating agent performance and providing coaching.
• Preparing reports and analyzing data to set Dispatch - Call Center goals.
• Collaborating with supervisors and management to maximize customer satisfaction.
