• Excellent communication skills and focus on customer service.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer sites and finalize job details.
• Ensure COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Maintain and update service tickets for on-time service dates.
• Assist with billing paperwork and provide quotes with the estimating team.
• Support field technicians with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Generate accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists.
