Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to communicate daily transportation activities and ensure service and delivery goals are met on time.

This role involves coordinating driver routing and responding to inquiries from employees and customers to keep service levels high. You will handle driver communications, route changes, and scheduling with the customer service team, while supporting field operations and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with drivers and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information and instructions to drivers.
• Handle customer call-ins and update customers on delivery times.
• Make outgoing calls to customers regarding issues.
• Support drivers during emergencies and provide resources.
• Coordinate scheduling with the customer service department.
• Post route information and sequence routes.
• Review driver manifests and document notes.
• Conduct route checks to ensure manifest accuracy.
• Keep Operations Manager updated on issues and resolutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
