Job summary

TikTok Shop Sorting Center is seeking an Operations Control Supervisor to coordinate inventory flow, labor, and resources across inbound, warehouse, and outbound operations. You will drive data-driven decisions and cross-functional coordination to maintain service levels.

You will monitor capacity, manage disruptions, and develop daily reports to support execution planning, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of inventory, resources, and operations across inbound, warehouse, sortation, and outbound.
• Monitor capacity and throughput to prevent bottlenecks.
• Oversee warehouse space utilization and inventory movement.
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, Yard, and Planning teams.
• Lead response during disruptions and allocate resources to maintain SLAs.
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop daily operational reports and insights.
• Serve as escalation point for cross-functional issues.
