Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking an Outbound Operations Supervisor for our Sort Center in California. This role oversees outbound shipping activities, dock operations, carrier coordination, and on-time departure performance with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Lead frontline teams, ensure compliance with transportation requirements, and drive improvements in key metrics while maintaining safety and productivity across high-volume fulfillment operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above is required.
• 3+ years in outbound operations, shipping, transportation, warehouse operations, or 3PL environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound operations including package consolidation, palletization, labeling, loading, and shipment release activities.
• Ensure shipments are loaded accurately per routing plans, schedules and carrier requirements.
• Monitor metrics such as on time departure, trailer utilization, loading productivity, and shipment accuracy.
• Coordinate dock scheduling with line haul providers, parcel carriers, and transportation partners.
• Oversee carrier handoff processes and verify shipment documentation matches physical shipments.
• Lead and develop frontline associates and Team Leads while promoting safety and accountability.
