Job Details:

Title: Dispatch Operations Analyst

Compensation: $27.75 – $27.75 /per Hour

Job Description:

Top Required Skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks from start to finish, prioritizing and handling constantly changing priority levels
• Ability to work under pressure and make well thought out decisions
• Ability to analyze large subsets of data from multiple information sources and determine and create appropriate action plans
• Strong Customer service skills with prior experience in a long-term hands-on operations analyst role supporting internal and external clients
• Prior dispatch skills (911 operations centers, utilities operations centers, etc.)

Soft skill requirements:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

High Level Project Overview:

• Week 1 – Monday thru Friday – – 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Week 2 – Monday thru Friday – – 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Week 3 – Monday thru Friday – – 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Week 4 – Tuesday thru Friday – – 6:00am – 2:00pm and Saturday – – 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Week 5 – Sunday – – 6:00am – 6:00pm; Wednesday thru Friday – – 10:00am – 6:00pm; Saturday – – 6:00pm – 6:00am
• Week 6 – Sunday – – 6:00pm – 6:00am; Monday & Tues. 10:00pm – 6:00am
