You will coordinate drivers, routes, and documentation while maintaining DOT compliance and exceptional customer service. Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of dispatching or transportation coordination experience.
• Industrial supply or distribution background preferred.
• DOT knowledge or driver compliance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and schedule inbound vendor deliveries and outbound customer orders using the company fleet.
• Manage driver schedules and delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and meet service level commitments.
• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and adjust routes as needed to address changing requirements.
• Verify shipping and delivery documentation for accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
• Monitor driver logs and vehicle information to maintain DOT compliance.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and service-related inquiries.
• Resolve delivery issues quickly and coordinate solutions with customers, drivers, and branch operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth outbound shipments and internal transfers.
